What modifications, if any, did you make to the design described in the Build Manual?
4mm for plywood was used for the hull panels. This means that the perimeter of the bulkheads needed to be shaved by 1mm where they touch the hull.
Cockpit rim upstand made from stacking rings of plywood.
Joint between bow and stern decks on masik trimmed for accuracy by using a shallow set parallel sided blade in a router
