What modifications, if any, did you make to the design described in the Build Manual?
Modifications to the design described in the build manual consist of the way the panels are lengthened. I designed a wood joint for CNC machining that aligns and indexes the panels before gluing. Any tips you’d like to suggest to future builders?
Make sure you start collecting glue clamps 3 months prior to building. 4 or 5 a week should get you a sufficient amount. Read and reraed instructions carefully and highlight anything concerning measurements.

How does the kayak perform on the water?
The kayak is easy to get to a nice speed with little effort. It turns nicely, tracks steadily and has great secondary stability. Less experienced kayakers who have tried it found it a comfortable kayak.
