What model Shrike did you choose?
I built the Shrike-R in kit form from HandCrafted Canoes
How does the kayak perform on the water?
It paddles real nice. The boat is very stable and tracks extremely well, obviously rolls well but I will have to get used to the extremely low foredeck before I can comment on its true capability. I can say that it is a lot easier to balance brace than any other boat that I have owned.
