What modifications, if any, did you make to the design described in the build manual?
I used 3mm ply with the hull, and did not the fibre glass the deck. The combing is reinforced with carbon fibre. The side panels are 5mm wider. The seat is made from closed cell foam per the Orca Boats youtube instructions which has helped make the boat very comfortable and warm.
What is the weight of the finished kayak?
